Bridging the mind-body gap

Our bodies are shaped by millions of years of evolution and harbour profound wisdom. This is often overlooked as we navigate life predominantly through our minds. Embracing body awareness not only helps to understand our bodies better in health and disease but also enriches our mental and emotional landscape. Adding body awareness to your toolkit can further support your well-being by adding a new dimension beyond traditional talk therapy methods. This course is designed to foster a synergistic relationship between the body and mind.

Overview of the course

Self-regulation depends on having a friendly relationship with your body. Without it you have to rely on external regulation- from medication, drugs like alcohol, constant reassurance, or compulsive compliance with the wishes of others
